First Course – choice of

Distillery Clam Chowder – classic new england style with manila clams, potatoes, cream

Croque Monsieur – grilled brioche, prosciutto, gruyere cheese, tomato dipping sauce

Prawn Cocktail – poached prawns, jicama salad, spicy lime aioli

Classic Caesar Salad – hearts of romaine, house made caesar dressing, shaved parmesan, garlic croutons

Second Course – choice of

Oysters and Eggs – cornmeal crusted fried oysters, scrambled eggs, apple wood smoked bacon, tomato vinaigrette, mixed field green salad

Crab Benedict – dungeness crab cakes, poached eggs, hollandaise, homestyle potatoes

Maple French Toast – brioche dipped in maple batter , maple syrup, molasses butter, two eggs any style, applewood smoked bacon

Grilled Skirt Steak – 8 oz. skirt steak, chimichurri, artichoke-pecorino scramble, homestyle potatoes

Our fry oil is free of trans-fats. We strive to give you great food & great service in a comfortable, beautiful setting. An 18% Gratuity will be added to parties of six or more. All food and beverages are subject to federal, state and local taxes. The Distillery is not responsible for the personal property of our guests. A corkage fee of $18.00 per bottle is charged for personal wine. We do not accept personal checks or American Express.
